phqueen Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to all phqueen services available at phqueen.org, including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, sports betting, online sabong, e-bingo, table games, promotional offers, and all customer account management features. phqueen operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and complies with all applicable Philippine laws and regulations governing online gaming.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with phqueen's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and phqueen.

By creating an account on phqueen, logging in, or accessing any feature of the phqueen platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be bound by them;
• You are accessing phqueen of your own free will and for your own personal entertainment;
• You are not accessing phqueen on behalf of any third party without express written authorization from phqueen;
• You understand that online gambling involves real money and real financial risk;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order (whether issued by phqueen, PAGCOR, or any other regulatory authority) that would prohibit your participation.

Your continued use of the phqueen platform after any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. phqueen recommends that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of your rights and obligations.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on phqueen, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• Be at least 21 years of age;
• Be a natural person — corporate accounts or accounts operated on behalf of legal entities are not permitted;
• Be a resident or national of the Philippines, or be lawfully present in the Philippines;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of phqueen or any of its licensors, software providers, or affiliated entities;
• Not be subject to any court order, PAGCOR directive, or self-exclusion program that prohibits participation in online gambling;
• Not be located in or acting on behalf of any person in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable law;
• Hold only one (1) active phqueen account — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

phqueen reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend any account pending verification of eligibility. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or eligibility status constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities.

To participate in real-money gaming on phqueen, you must complete the full account registration process, which includes:

1. Basic Registration: Providing a valid Philippine mobile number, choosing a secure password, and confirming your acceptance of these Terms. A one-time verification SMS will be sent to confirm ownership of the mobile number.
2. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: Submitting a clear, unaltered photograph of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. PAGCOR licensing requirements mandate KYC completion before any withdrawal may be processed.
3. Payment Method Registration: Linking your GCash, Maya, or bank account for deposits and withdrawals. The payment method must be registered in your own name and must match the identity documents submitted for KYC.

Accepted Government-Issued IDs for KYC: Philippine Passport, PhilSys National ID, LTO Driver's License, UMID Card, SSS ID, GSIS ID, COMELEC Voter's ID, PRC Professional ID, Senior Citizen ID (for players aged 60+).

phqueen reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for enhanced due diligence purposes, including but not limited to: proof of address, source of funds declarations, or additional photo identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within fourteen (14) calendar days may result in account suspension.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information at all times. Changes to your registered mobile number, bank account, or address must be updated through your phqueen account settings and may require re-verification. phqueen assumes no responsibility for issues arising from outdated account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your phqueen account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. phqueen strongly recommends that all players enable 2FA through their account security settings.

• You must not share your phqueen login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends. Account sharing constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You must not access phqueen from a shared or public device (e.g., internet café terminals, hotel business center computers) where your credentials may be stored or intercepted.
• You must notify phqueen's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• phqueen will never request your full password or GCash PIN via chat, email, or phone — any communication doing so should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

phqueen is not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials is presumed to have been authorized by you, unless you have promptly notified phqueen of unauthorized access in accordance with these Terms.

All financial transactions on phqueen are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to player deposits or withdrawals. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum single deposit on phqueen is ₱100.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (i.e., deposits made from an account belonging to another person) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the originating account.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your phqueen wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the transferring institution's processing time.
• phqueen does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum single withdrawal is ₱200.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your verified phqueen account. phqueen does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete or pending KYC may deposit and play but cannot withdraw.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes during banking hours.
• phqueen reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request exceeding thresholds specified under Philippine AML regulations. This may include requesting source-of-funds documentation.
• In the event of a technical error or transaction dispute, phqueen will conduct an investigation and may temporarily hold the relevant funds. Investigation periods are limited to five (5) business days under normal circumstances.

phqueen offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all phqueen bonuses and promotions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry period will be clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific promotion explicitly permits multiple claims.
• phqueen reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been accepted by a player.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash, or assigned to any third party.
• Where a player has an active bonus balance, withdrawal of any funds may require forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings generated from that bonus. Specific conditions will be stated in the promotion terms.
• phqueen reserves the right to reclaim any bonus granted in error or in breach of these Terms, and to void any winnings generated from such erroneously granted bonuses.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing opposing bets, exploiting technical errors, or creating multiple accounts — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus-related winnings.

All games available on the phqueen platform are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game's interface. In addition to game-specific rules, the following general gameplay conditions apply:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently audited prior to deployment on phqueen. phqueen does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a game round, phqueen's system will record the game state at the point of disconnection. The round will be completed based on the recorded state, and winnings (if any) will be credited accordingly.
• phqueen reserves the right to void any game round or transaction where a technical error has materially affected the game outcome. Affected players will be notified and bets refunded where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed within the game interface. phqueen reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.
• For live dealer games, decisions made by the dealer or game host are final once the betting period has closed. No disputes regarding live dealer decisions will be entertained after the round has concluded.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change until the event commences. Bets placed at confirmed odds will not be revised after confirmation, except in cases of obvious pricing errors, in which case phqueen reserves the right to void affected bets.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phqueen platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods; providing false identity information; creating accounts using another person's identity without their consent.
• Money Laundering: Using phqueen for any money laundering, terrorism financing, or other financial crimes in violation of the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all subsequent amendments and related AMLC regulations.
• Underage Gambling: Registering or attempting to register as a player while under the age of 21, or knowingly enabling or facilitating an underage person's access to phqueen.
• Account Sharing or Transfer: Sharing, selling, transferring, or otherwise permitting another person to access your phqueen account.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one phqueen account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• System Exploitation: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the phqueen platform for financial gain; using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with phqueen games or the platform.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live dealer tables, or tournament-format games.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior toward phqueen staff, live dealer hosts, or other players via any phqueen communication channel.

Funds in a suspended or terminated account may be withheld pending investigation. phqueen will cooperate fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and all Philippine law enforcement agencies in connection with any investigation relating to prohibited conduct on the phqueen platform.

All content on the phqueen platform — including but not limited to the phqueen name and logo, website design and layout, software, graphics, text, sound effects, and game content — is the exclusive property of phqueen or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phqueen platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, translate, or create derivative works from any phqueen content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any phqueen software;
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on phqueen content;
• Use phqueen's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of phqueen intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by phqueen and its licensors.

phqueen collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and all applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

By registering an account on phqueen, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the following purposes:

• Account creation, authentication, and management;
• KYC identity verification as required by PAGCOR;
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals;
• Anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and suspicious activity monitoring;
• Responsible gaming monitoring and intervention;
• Customer support services;
• Sending service notifications, account alerts, and (where opted in) promotional communications.

phqueen does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, payment service providers, and game software licensors as strictly necessary for the above purposes. Full details of phqueen's data practices are set out in the Privacy Policy.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phqueen account holders at no charge and without any waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps through your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set maximum session durations with automatic logout and pop-up reminders during play.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds within defined periods. Once the limit is reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications displaying your total session time and net gaming result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from phqueen for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phqueen, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the phqueen platform;
• Any unauthorized access to your phqueen account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, mobile network outages, or other events beyond phqueen's reasonable control;
• Technical malfunctions in third-party software or payment processing systems;
• Any errors or omissions in game content provided by third-party software licensors.

Nothing in these Terms limits phqueen's liability for death or personal injury caused by phqueen's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Where phqueen's liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the aggregate amount of deposits made by you to phqueen in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phqueen reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Receipt of a PAGCOR directive or self-exclusion order requiring account closure;
• Your voluntary request to close your account.

Upon account termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), phqueen may retain any bonus credits and related winnings. Verified deposits not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days of the termination decision, subject to any applicable AML hold requirements.

If you wish to close your phqueen account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting customer support via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Voluntary account closure does not affect your right to withdraw any available balance in your wallet.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be subject to good-faith resolution between you and phqueen's customer support team. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached within twenty-one (21) days of the initial complaint, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the competent regulatory authority.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR mediation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

phqueen reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phqueen will:

• Publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date;
• Send a notification to all registered players via their registered mobile number or in-platform notification system;
• Where required by PAGCOR regulation, obtain explicit re-consent from players before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the phqueen platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using phqueen and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
